What an awesome day for a run - it was still a little chilly but felt perfect while I was out there

Got to sleep in this morning (I’m not sure when 7:30am became sleeping in but…) and checked the temp outside, 38 degrees
Now I know this is rather balmy for some of those more northernly than I, but for this Florida girl that is freaking cold. I didn’t even know if I had clothes that I could wear for my run. Some digging through the bottom of my drawer managed to produce some running tights and long sleeve shirts… add a jacket and some gloves and I was as ready as I was ever going to be to go.
Last Saturday I was dealing with 80+ degree heat during the day during Ragnar - this weekend I can see my breath. So weird.
Bought a new pair of my old shoes which I’ve been swapping out with another pair - wore them today because is was just a short EZ run and they weren’t feeling that great on… I’ll try and break them in a little more but I don’t know about them.
Headed to spin class later… now I know why I usually run AFTER class. eek.
