With the half marathon tomorrow wasn’t sure this was a good idea but I’m doing it as more of a training run than anything else so…
It actually helped with some of the soreness in my legs from doing strength on Wednesday. That had been the first time in 4 weeks so I was really feeling it… eek.

I think Monday nights are my favorite workout nights.
Don’t get me wrong, I get my butt kicked and good, but it helps soooooo much with the recovery from Sunday’s long run.
