Met up at the beach for an open water swim. Driving out there noticed it was a bit windy, so was hoping it wasn’t too choppy. Not so lucky, there were some good swells so I think we did as much swimming vertically as we did horizontally
I don’t really mind it when it’s a little rough, it’s just the seaweed - it’s just so icky when you run into it while you’re swimming.
Workout:
Went away for 4 days, and despite all good intentions only managed to get one run in - but it was a pretty good one.
We did most of our exploring on foot so I’m not sure how much we walked, but I do know that we walked a whole heck of a lot! All day, every day so I’m not feeling all that bad about not getting in a few more workouts.
Back to the same old, same old.
